My services centre on the development of company strategies and sales coaching for company employees, for businesses with sophisticated product assortments.

The clients I am working with are sales, retail and manufacturing companies in the food retailing industry. I help food companies navigate through the retail landscape and offer points of orientation for them to further progress and develop.

For this I design customised consultation services based on my client’s needs and my best practises from years of extensive work experience and offer individual coaching to this effect. With this, I support my clients in managing their current development stage, and also help them reach their next level.

My approach is structured, process-driven and analytical, always with the customer needs and market realities at the centre. I am in it for the long hall and offer ongoing project support if required.
